Trick or Treat!
The big day finally came! Misha was so excited to wear his elephant costume and go trick or treating. I perfected his costume that morning:
He loves swishing his tail:
The trick-or-treaters: Tammy the butterfly, Sebastian the ghost, Josh the wizard, Grandma Kate the puppy, and Misha the elephant
Misha poses outside our door with the pumpkin he got from school, carved with the help of Grandma and Grandpa.
Off to trick or treat!
Grandma and Grandpa with Sebastian and Misha. Sebastian accompanied us to just a few houses and spent most of the evening warm and cozy inside with my parents.
Josh and his mom. Josh's traditional Kyrgyz hat and robe turned him into a great wizard. :)
Sebastian staring with interest at Daddy's kalpak (Kyrgyz hat):

Grandma Kate with her two sweet grandsons:
The day before Halloween, we made a trip out to the pumpkin patch with hopes of finding a couple more pumpkins to carve. But alas, the patch was a muddy, gooey mess filled with mushy, frosty pumpkins. Oh well, it was an adventure anyway!
Misha and Grandma Kate trying to stay warm!
Other recent photos .... Sebastian in his wonderfully soft new sweater made by Aunt Tanya! It is so beautiful that it looks like it was made by a professional. (And indeed I guess it was!)
Daddy gives Misha a haircut. Before ...
Our smiley Sebastian! He has suddenly learned how to roll over this week. It was great when I saw him do it for the first time - he rolled right over, grabbed his pacifier, and stuck it in his mouth. Wow! Now he loves to flip over onto his tummy. Then we help him back onto his back so he can do it again.
Laughing at Daddy.

And now your quiz question of the day: Which photo is Misha and which is Sebastian?
